Seventh Grade

Age Limit:

At least 10 years old.

Eligibility:

Must have completed ADT Level 6 or already Reading and Comprehending Sentences; Ability to write simple sentences independently, grammar knowledge (singular, plural, verbs, nouns, pronouns, tenses, verb forms, and eight types of adverbs). Also should have basic conversational skills in Tamil.

Language Ability:

• Reading, understanding and writing sentences with clear pronunciation and error.

• language change; Studying culture and literature related subjects and expressing clear ideas.

• Study sentences, concepts, vocabulary and grammar in comparison with the English language.

• Comprehension by studying dialogue lessons in colloquial Tamil.

• Simple Essay, Letter Writing.

• Read and understand the story and complete the missing part.

Grammar:

• Study the following grammar through study and practice books.

• verb classes

• Declension

• Implied verbs / nouns

• simile / metaphor

• post position

• Continuous progressive tense

• Auxiliary verbs

• direct indirect speech

• Derivative / primitive words

• Slangs / idioms

• Combination / compounding

Conversation:

• Listening to the audio file provided to the students and recording their answers to the questions asked in the audio format and sending it as an audio file.
